Year 6 SATs Revision Breakfast Club.
Year 5 and 6 teachers are running short maths revision sessions this half term on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings aimed at Year 6 pupils. The sessions will focus around revising the core maths skills and will run from 8:30 to 8:50. If you are interested in your child attending, please contact the class teacher who will provide you with a letter listing the sessions. You can then discuss with your child the areas they feel they need more support in. If this club proves successful, we will open it up to other areas of the curriculum after half term.
Afterschool Clubs –
After School Football Club – Years 2, 3 and Year 4
Simon’s Soccer Schools will restart on the Wednesday 14th September the sessions will run from 3.15pm – 4.30pm either outside (weather permitting) or in the Main School Hall at a cost of £3.50 per session, payable in advance. Ben is please to be able to offer the afterschool football coaching sessions to Years 2, 3 and 4. KS1 and KS2 Gymnastics
Premier Sports Gymnastics will restart on Tuesday 13th September for KS2 and Friday 16th September for KS1 in the Main School Hall, sessions run from 3.30pm – 4.30pm at a cost of £4 per session. Mini’s Rugby Academy
Will be restarting on Monday 11th September. Sessions run from
3.30pm – 4.30pm. Places are limited to just 20 and can be be booked
via their website www.minisacademy.com. It is an after school club
for 4 - 7 year olds that develops…

Coaching delivered by Exeter Chiefs Community Coaches
Will be restarting on Thursday 15th September, from 3.30pm – 4.15pm, for 6 weeks until half term at a cost of £3 per session and is open to children from Reception, Year One and Year Two. The children are put in the driving seat as they help to create and shape their own stories and then explore and develop them with simple explorative tools such as hot seating, role play and freeze frame. Sessions are also packed with songs, original music and lots and lots of games! Our theme for the next half term is ‘Me and You’.

Key Stage 2 Performing Arts club will start again after the half-term.
The first session of performing arts club will be on Monday 7th November 2016 (3.30 – 4.15pm). Then it will run every Monday after school until the penultimate Monday of the term.
The club will focus on acting during the first half term and singing during the second. The sessions will be workshop based to ready the children to be involved in a performance during the spring term. We expect a high level of commitment and attendance from every member of the club. If your child cannot attend a session they must inform us directly or the school office must be notified.
KS2 cooking club runs on Mondays from 3:15-4:15pm. For the Autumn term, Years 3 and 4 will have the opportunity to participate. Each week, the children will learn how to prepare and cook food. They will learn about where food comes from and the importance of hygiene.
